Congratulations to postdoc Dr Soumalya Bhattacharyya who won the First Prize for his poster at the Dan Eley symposium. The Dan Eley symposium, which this year celebrates its 10th year, was set up in honour of Daniel Douglas Eley FRS, former Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University, best known for the Eley–Rideal mechanism for surface adsorption. It features talks and posters from postdocs within the School.
